The story
RAINBOW is Israel Canada's 480-unit resort-style project on Eshkol lot 111, won in the 2021 first-tender wave for about ₪1.3B. It took the district's first building permit — an excavation permit in March 2024 — and a full permit in October 2025. Ashtrom is building the tower from January 2026 under a ~₪736M contract; by then the project was reported 70% pre-sold, with an average closed deal of ₪11M.
