Facts
The story
GINDI VOGUE is Gindi Holdings' 708-unit project in the Central complex, about 250 metres from the seafront — the largest of the seven projects with a consumer site. In June 2025 the company shocked the market by listing from ₪49,000 per sqm, tens of percent below the district average, and sold around 700 apartments within weeks. The project page markets from about ₪59,000 per sqm against a district range of ₪70–85,000. In August 2026 an option-holder sued Gindi for a ~₪500K refund over contamination.
